What this site is
It describes what we do and how we work, so that a prospective partner can decide whether to talk to us. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to take on work, and sending the contact form does not create an agreement between us.
We try to keep everything here accurate and current. Where we refer to research, we describe what the studies actually measured. If you think we have overstated something, tell us and we will correct it.
Registration identifiers
Our Erasmus+ OID (E10438538) and PIC (862875723) appear on this site as proof of registration in the EU funding systems. Registration is not funding: they do not indicate that any grant has been awarded, applied for, or promised.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, logo and illustrations on this site belong to Cognitika or are licensed to us. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it with attribution. You may not present it as your own work.
Anything you send us stays yours. Describing your project to us does not give us rights over it, and we treat what you send as confidential.
Availability
We keep this site up as best we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee it is always reachable or free of error. It is provided as it is. Where the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Where we link to somewhere else, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
